The University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation invite you to the 2012 County Health Rankings & Roadmaps Congressional Briefing. The Rankings identify what is influencing health of residents and areas that need work; the Roadmaps show how communities are taking action to improve health.
