CHNA.org is a free online resource designed to assist hospitals, non-profit organizations, state and local health departments, financial institutions, community leaders and others seeking to understand the needs and assets of their communities, and to collaborate to make measureable improvements in community health and well-being. Nearly two dozen partners (including the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program) spanning the health care and community improvement sectors worked collaboratively to develop and launch CHNA.org. CHNA.org offers comprehensive GIS mapping, analytic and reporting tools to facilitate the assessment of your community’s health assets and health needs.
