Percentage of adults reporting 14 or more days of poor mental health per month (age-adjusted). The 2025 Annual Data Release used data from 2022 for this measure.

Frequent Mental Distress is an analogous measure to Poor Mental Health Days. It provides a slightly different picture which emphasizes those who are experiencing more chronic and likely severe mental health issues.
